Return & Refund Policy – Apple Air USA

Effective Date: Date of Purchase

All Sales Final

All sales made through Apple Air USA are final. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

Limited Return Window

Apple Air USA does not accept returns or exchanges beyond thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of delivery.

Any return request submitted after this 30-day period will be automatically denied, with no exceptions.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved in writing by Apple Air USA within the 30-day window:

• All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

• All shipping costs, including return freight, insurance, and any related fees, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

• Returned items must be received in original condition, unmodified, and free from damage beyond normal inspection

Apple Air USA reserves the right to refuse or reduce any refund if returned items show signs of misuse, modification, improper installation, or damage.

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances unless explicitly stated or otherwise agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Apple Air USA.

Warranty in Lieu of Returns

All performance issues, defects, or operational concerns are handled exclusively under the applicable product warranty.

Returns will not be accepted for issues that fall under warranty coverage. Customers must follow Apple Air USA’s warranty claim process for repair or replacement determinations.

Any return sent without prior written authorization from Apple Air USA will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

By purchasing from Apple Air USA, the buyer agrees to and is bound by this Return & Refund Policy in full.
